Faculty Positions

 Department of Chemistry

(POSTECH)

The Department of Chemistry at POSTECH invites applicants for the positions at the rank of assistant, associate or full professor in all fields of chemistry although the preferred fields are analytical and organic chemistry.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in chemistry or in a related field, a record of excellence in scientific research, and a commitment to teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. It is important for the candidates to demonstrate an ability to develop excellent research programs. Also the candidates are expected to develop research programs in collaboration with other faculty members. Candidates should submit a curriculum vitae, copies of undergraduate and graduate transcripts, a summary of research plan (3~5 pages) including a request of start-up fund, and a list of three references (name, address, email, and phone).
